Overview

Why Kenya

Kenya is the original safari — the rolling plains of the Maasai Mara, big cats in extraordinary numbers, and the Great Migration's dramatic river crossings. Add elephants beneath Kilimanjaro in Amboseli and rich Maasai culture, and you have one of Africa's most rewarding destinations.

With easy access and a perfect beach finish on the Indian Ocean coast, Kenya works beautifully for first-timers and returning safari-goers alike.

  • The Great Migration in the Maasai Mara
  • World-class lion, cheetah and leopard
  • Elephants framed by Mount Kilimanjaro
  • Authentic Maasai culture
  • An easy beach extension on the coast
